Currently, I am a Junior at the Florida Institute of Technology. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. Some of my coursework includes Space Flight Mechanics, Fluids w/ Lab, Control Systems, Materials, Mechanics of Materials, Thermodynamics, Algorithms and Data Structures, and more.
At Florida Tech, I am the Recovery Subsystem Lead for Panther Rocket Lab. I lead my team to successfully recover a rocket from past the Karman Line. I am also an executive board member of the AIAA club at my school. As the Events Co-Chairman, I plan, host, and manage events for up to 150 members. Events include professional development events, tours, and STEM activities.
Aside from schoolwork and extracurricular activities, I am a part-time tutor. I do freelance tutoring as well as through the Varsity Tutors Company. I have tutored over 10 students in high school STEM topics such as AP Physics, SAT, and Algebra.
In my free time, I enjoy flight simulators, playing sports, piloting, and playing video games. I am in pursuit of my Private Pilots License and have accumulated 40 hours of PIC time and 100+ simulation hours. I was also a Boy Scout for 10 years and earned my Eagle Scout rank in March of 2023. I love to go camping, hiking, and being in the outdoors.
